Job Description:

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Paralegal / Intake Specialist to join a growing personal injury legal team. This full-time, direct-hire opportunity offers a hybrid schedule with one remote workday per week and significant room for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake interviews with new clients and coordinate follow-ups with attorneys
• Review, summarize, and organize medical documentation and billing
• Initiate insurance claims and manage communication with adjusters
• Draft and send demand letters
• Support pre-suit investigations by gathering and analyzing evidence
• Assist with probate and transactional corporate matters, as needed
• Manage litigation-related administrative tasks, including calendaring, file organization, and record requests
• Maintain strong client communication and follow-up throughout the intake and pre-litigation process

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience as a paralegal, ideally within personal injury litigation
• Solid understanding of legal terminology and pre-litigation procedures
• Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing priorities
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Spanish-speaking skills a plus, but not required

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with 1 flexible remote day per week
