Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of experience in personal injury/pre-litigation law preferred.
• Strong understanding of California personal injury law and pre-litigation procedures.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pre-litigation caseload from intake through resolution.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and overall case value.
• Draft and file pre-litigation lawsuits as needed.
