Job summary

Rubenstein Law in New Jersey is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney to handle all aspects of a personal injury case up to filing. You will supervise staff, assess case merits, and guide clients through pre-litigation steps.

Ideal candidates hold a New Jersey law license, have at least two years of client contact or negotiation experience, and possess strong research, writing, and negotiation skills to manage a large caseload with a client-centric approach.

Job Summary
