BCG Attorney Search is seeking a seasoned Pre-Litigation Attorney to join a personal injury practice in Fairlawn, OH. The attorney will manage a large docket of Ohio cases from the Akron-area office and coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and insurers.

The role requires an Ohio license, 2-5 years in PI practice (plaintiff or defense), and strong negotiation and communication skills. Familiarity with Litify and MS Office is preferred; insurance claims experience is a plus.
