Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Pre-Licensed Therapist to join our Ridgecrest/Tehachapi team. You will provide mental health treatment services, promote client independence, and support families through crisis response across multiple clinic locations.

This full-time, on-site role involves travel between Ridgecrest and Tehachapi with a hybrid shift TBD. Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree in a related field and current Associate license, plus CA driver’s license and insurance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field.
• Valid registration as Associate MFT/PC or ASW.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working with mental health patients (inpatient and outpatient).
• Valid CA driver’s license and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis response across clinic locations to support individuals in achieving better personal, social, educational and vocational outcomes.
• Deliver mental health treatment services aimed at maximizing client independence and family empowerment.
• Travel between Ridgecrest and Tehachapi facilities; maintain a company vehicle for travel as needed.

Education

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field

Registration as Associate MFT / Associate Professional Clinical Counselor or Associate Clinician Social Worker
