Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is hiring a Master’s-level School-Based Outpatient Therapist to support Lebanon-area schools. The role is full-time (35 hours/week) with school-hours scheduling and summers off, offering a starting pay of $20/hour.

We seek compassionate clinicians who will provide individual and family therapy to high-needs students, collaborating closely with teachers and families to promote resilience and academic success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Services related major (Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, MFT, or Education).
• Ability to pass PA State Police Criminal History Check and FBI Background Check.
• Strong clinical empathy, consistency, teamwork and grit.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intakes, diagnostic assessments, and deliver individual and family counseling.
• Partner with educators, school personnel and parents to support high-needs students.
• Develop and implement personalized, strengths-based treatment plans.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and collaborative case consultations.
