Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is hiring a Master’s-level School-Based Outpatient Therapist for an August 2026 start date. This role is based in Lebanon, PA and is Full-time (35 hours per week) with an academic calendar schedule to support work-life balance.

As a School-Based Therapist, you will provide critical mental health services to children within the local school ecosystem, with opportunities for licensure supervision, tuition assistance, and a predictable schedule aligned to

• Education: Master’s degree in a Human Services related major (Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Education).
• Clearances: Ability to pass PA State Police Criminal History Check and FBI Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intakes, diagnostic assessments, and deliver individual and family counseling.
• Partner with educators, school personnel, and parents to wrap support around high-needs students.
• Develop and implement personalized, strengths-based treatment plans for student success.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, training, and collaborative case consultations.
