Job summary

Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is hiring a full-time Drug & Alcohol Outpatient Therapist to support individuals and families in recovery from substance use and co-occurring disorders in Lancaster, PA. The role offers a flexible schedule, guaranteed full-time caseload within 8 weeks, and free clinical supervision toward licensure.

You will conduct assessments, provide individual and group therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team, and may have opportunities for telehealth and a 4-day

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Addictions, or related field (LSW preferred but not required).
• Completed clinical practicum, internship, or field placement during graduate program (preferred but not required).
• Experience in diagnosing and providing individual therapy is preferred but not required.
• PA State Police Criminal History Check
• PA Child Abuse History Clearance
• FBI Clearance through the Department of Human Services

Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is hiring a full-time Drug & Alcohol Outpatient Therapistto support individuals and families in recovery from substance use and co-occurring disorders.

We are looking for compassionate, motivated therapists who want to build strong clinical skills, receive support toward licensure, and be part of a team dedicated to meaningful recovery work.

Pay

$36,000-$64,000

Position Details

• Full Time
• Flexible schedule
• Master’s Degree required
• Guaranteed full-time caseload within 8 weeks
• After building your caseload, work a 4-day week
• Bonus pay for bilingual therapists
• Opportunities for 1 telehealth work-from-home day per week for qualified providers in qualified environments

Responsibilities

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• Two evening shifts per week
• Once your caseload is established, work 30 hours per week

• Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
