Job summary

Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is hiring a full-time Drug & Alcohol Outpatient Therapist to support individuals and families in recovery from substance use and co-occurring disorders.

We offer a flexible schedule, on-site training with free CEUs, licensure supervision, guaranteed full-time caseload within 8 weeks, and the possibility of one telehealth work-from-home day per week for qualified providers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Addictions, or related field (LSW preferred but not required).
• Completed clinical practicum, internship, or field placement during graduate program (preferred).
• Experience in diagnosing and providing individual therapy is preferred but not required.
• PA State Police Criminal History Check
• PA Child Abuse History Clearance
• FBI Clearance through the Department of Human Services

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders
• Provide individual and group therapy
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to guide clients toward long-term recovery
