Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is hiring a full-time Drug & Alcohol Outpatient Therapist to support individuals and families in recovery from substance use and co-occurring disorders.

We offer a flexible schedule, on-site work, and company-paid health insurance. PCS provides supervision toward licensure, free CEUs, and a bilingual bonus program. The position pays $36,000–$64,000 annually with full-time caseload expectations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Addictions, or related field.
• Completed clinical practicum, internship, or field placement during graduate program (preferred).
• Experience in diagnosing and providing individual therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to guide clients toward long-term recovery.
