ACCEL Schools is hiring a highly qualified Pre-Kindergarten Teacher at Eastern Panhandle Preparatory Academy in Kearneysville, WV, dedicated to providing a superior education for all students. Located on a 30-acre rural campus in Jefferson County, West Virginia, EPPA serves PK-8th grade students and is part of the nationwide ACCEL network. The school offers small class sizes, a fully certified faculty, and strong community support.

About the Opportunity

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans, modifying as needed during the year
• Differentiate instruction to meet all students' needs
• Maintain accurate records of student progress
• Use research-based best practices in planning and instruction
• Manage student behavior
• Create a positive learning environment
• Implement curricula reflecting students' diverse backgrounds
• Enforce school-wide culture expectations
• Communicate with families about student growth
• Incorporate technology into lessons
• Assist in non-instructional activities as needed

About You

• Current West Virginia teaching license in appropriate content area
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field

• Ability to pass background checks
• Experience in urban environments
