Primrose School of North Almaden is hiring a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to nurture and educate preschoolers using our Balanced Learning approach and digital platform. You will form trusting relationships with families and provide caring, developmentally appropriate instruction in a joyful learning environment.

This role emphasizes hands-on teaching, collaboration with an on-site leadership team, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive community of engaged franchise owners.

Qualifications

• Must complete Title 22 core courses: Child Development, Child-Family-Community, Infant/Toddler, Curriculum.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Experience in early childhood education and preschool settings preferred.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
