Primrose School of North Almaden invites you to join our team as an Entry-level Toddler Teacher. You’ll nurture and support preschool learners using our Balanced Learning approach, building strong relationships with families and applying our digital learning platform.

Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist in a welcoming, on-site environment. No prior experience is required; inherent passion for children and strong communication will help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Title 22 required core children development courses: Infant/Toddler, child development, child-family-community, curriculum class
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
• Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth
