Pre Kindergarten Teacher Key Responsibilities

Help preschoolers develop a love of learning in early childhood and achieve age-appropriate milestones as measured by real-world challenges

Basic Requirements

• Located in or willing to relocate to Brownsville, TX
• At least 1 year of professional experience working with Preschool children (0-5 yrs old) in a preschool, daycare, early learning center, or similar early childhood education setting
• The legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
  
  

Nice-to-have Requirements

• An Associate’s degree with a focus on Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Reading Education, Child Development, or a related area
• Experience in a Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or play-based preschool environment

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
