Job description

This temporary role as a prekindergarten teacher at Pinecrest is responsible for teaching 4-year-old students at our school. This is a popular entry point at our school, with two or three sections and a class size no greater than 10. The teacher will work alongside the grade teachers to deliver engaging and age-appropriate instruction to our students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early years education and a strong understanding of the principles of project-based learning.

The teacher will work collaboratively with other teachers, administrators, and parents to create a positive and supportive learning environment for the start of the year while the lead teacher is absent. The successful candidate will ultimately be responsible for initially shepherding the students through this year of development.
