Qualifications

• Experience working with preschool or Pre-K children is preferred.
• Early childhood coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
• Ability to meet Nevada child care licensing requirements.
• Dependable and committed to consistent attendance.
• Warm, positive, professional and team-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs for classroom activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing and engaging Pre-K classroom where children feel safe and excited to learn.
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families.
• Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum and daily activities.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive and physical development.
• Observe progress and collaborate with families and leadership.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized classroom and all health, safety and licensing standards.
• Collaborate with teaching and leadership teams.
