Toddlers Ink LLC in Fulton, MO is seeking a passionate Pre-K Teacher to join our warm, supportive classroom and help young children begin their lifelong learning journey.

You will plan age-appropriate lessons, create a safe learning environment, monitor progress, and communicate with families to support social-emotional development and school readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience with Pre-K or early childhood age groups required or preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about working with young children.
• Ability to pass a background check as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for Pre-K students.
• Monitor and document each child's developmental progress and milestones.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student growth and behavior.
• Facilitate social-emotional learning, play-based activities, and school readiness skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support whole-child development.
