You will monitor records for state Pre-K requirements, partner with families, and work with center staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Pre-K required training or certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Able to engage with children safely and communicate with families in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with implementation of KinderCare’s Curriculum.
• Support daily monitoring and recordkeeping for State Pre-K requirements.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
