Spring Education Group's Evergreen Academy is seeking a Pre-Kindergarten Multi-Classroom Teacher to support learning across several pre-kindergarten classrooms. You will work with classroom teachers and provide coverage to ensure consistent routines and a welcoming learning environment.

The role focuses on helping young learners build foundational skills, think creatively, and grow socially and emotionally, with flexibility to adapt to each classroom's needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of teaching experience in early childhood education.
• Advanced degree or early childhood teaching credentials are highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and colleagues.
• Flexibility across multiple classrooms and routines.

Responsibilities

• Lead developmentally appropriate lessons and activities using established classroom plans.
• Support early literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, and creativity through structured activities and play.
• Help children develop confidence, independence, and positive relationships.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to support continuity across classrooms.
• Communicate professionally with families and colleagues about children's progress.
