Spring Education Group’s Evergreen Academy is seeking a Pre-Kindergarten Multi-Classroom Teacher to support learning across multiple pre-kindergarten classrooms. You will lead activities, promote foundational skills, and foster social-emotional growth in a dynamic program.

-qualified applicants have at least a year of early childhood teaching experience, an HS diploma or equivalent, and strong communication with families and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of teaching experience in early childhood education.
• An advanced degree or early childhood teaching credentials are highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and colleagues.
• Flexibility and confidence working across multiple classrooms.
• A commitment to educational excellence and nurturing young learners.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead developmentally appropriate lessons and activities using established classroom plans.
• Support early literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, and creativity through structured activities and purposeful play.
• Help children develop confidence, independence, and positive relationships.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to support continuity across classrooms.
• Communicate professionally with families and colleagues about children’s experiences and progress.
