Job summary

Ohio State University seeks a Pre-K Licensed Education Specialist 1 for the Nisonger Center in McCampbell Hall (0303). The temporary, 20-hour-per-week role works with children with disabilities in inclusive classrooms and requires collaboration with teachers and therapy staff to support social, emotional, physical, and educational development.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and experience with developmental disabilities, plus required certifications or willingness to obtain them

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities required; current first aid, communicable diseases, & child abuse recognition certifications required or acquired within 120 days of hire; current immunizations required.
