Ampact is looking for Early Learning Tutors to support preschool students in Minnesota. You will partner with teachers to enhance learning through various activities such as reading and playing, helping to build foundational skills in literacy and math.

Ideal candidates are dependable, have a high school diploma, are at least 18 years old, and can complete a background check. Positions are available for the 2026-27 school year, with flexible hours – perfect for those who want to make a difference!

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a history of good attendance.
• Able to complete a background check.
• Proficient in email and online navigation.

Responsibilities

• Support preschoolers with learning activities.
• Track student progress and meet with the on-site coach.
• Conduct skill assessments and enter scores into software.
