Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking passionate early childhood educators to support children’s learning and development in our centers. You will help create a nurturing environment, deliver engaging activities, and ensure safety and well-being for every child.

You will work with a team to deliver engaging activities, meet safety standards, and communicate with families. Strong customer service, CDA or Pre-K candidacy, and state guidelines are preferred.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC and state Pre-K candidacy requirements
• Meet state specific Pre-K guidelines for the role
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
