Requirements

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related qualifications, including an Associate's Degree in ECE, a Technical College Diploma or Certificate in ECE, a Montessori Teaching Diploma accredited by MACTE, or a valid Preschool CDA credential, and can pass a background check.
• Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
