Countryside Daycare & Preschool is seeking a Pre-K Lead Teacher for our pre-kindergarten early learning program. The ideal candidate will hold at least an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field and have two years of experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in early childhood education or related field.
• Two years of experience in an early learning setting.
• CPR certification preferred.
• CDA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and implement standards of classroom management that support instruction while teaching the ECE curriculum
• Instruct assigned class with the ability to observe & assess children and plan and implement lesson plans
• Perform assessments and write reports
• Conduct a periodic review of educational goals and adapt plans as needed
• Collaborate with the Director of Programs regarding daily issues and concerns
• Perform duties professionally in response to a variety of students, co-workers, and situations
