Requires an associate's degree or higher.
Clearances (Acts 34, 114, and 151), physical, and TB required before employment.
Current Child Development Associate's certificate for preschool.
Completion of at least two years of postsecondary study with 60 college credits.
Experience with Second Step, Creative Curriculum, Teaching Strategies Gold, and ECERS preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the lead teacher in a Pre-K classroom at Barth Elementary School.
Support student learning and classroom routines during a 10-month, school-day schedule.
Assist with preparation of instructional materials and student supervision.
