Qualifications

• Be at least 19 years old.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Submit to background check.
• Have a heart for underserved communities and be willing to participate in ongoing training.
• Have a love for the Lord Jesus Christ.
• Be committed to Christian pre-school education for children and their families.
• Experience in early childhood or related setting is recommended but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow the schedule for rotating between classrooms as assigned.
• Assist teachers during program activities and lead groups or one-on-one time as directed.
• Maintain clean and organized environments and assist with materials prep and classroom upkeep.
• Be ready to assist with office tasks as needed by the HoS.
