Qualifications

• Ability to learn and implement instructional programs for personal and emotional growth.
• Basic math and ability to follow multi-step instructions.
• Understand regulations related to counseling students.

Responsibilities

• Administers first aid and provides immediate care for ill or injured children.
• Assist students with personal care needs (diapering, toilet training, feeding).
• Lead age-appropriate activities with small groups under supervision.
• Monitor student behavior and maintain a safe learning environment.
• Provide feedback to supervisors, teachers, and parents on student progress.
