Requirements

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

Are able to pass a background check, have a High School Diploma, and hold at least one of the following qualifications: a Technical Certificate of Credit in early childhood education, a Specialist degree or PhD, a Paraprofessional Certificate issued by the GaPSC, a Master's degree in any field, a Georgia teacher certificate, a CDA credential, and a Bachelor's or Associate degree in any field.
2. Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
3. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
5. Are capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
