Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pre-K Assistant Teacher to support our programs at Chesterfield Elementary, focusing on out-of-school time for elementary-aged children.

Responsibilities:

  3. Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
  4. Collaborate with staff and leadership to meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain them.
  • CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Capable of engaging physically and visually with children for safety and activity.
  • Proficient in English communication.
