Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One.## **Job Description*****Position Highlights**** This role leads a small team and is responsible for execution or risk-based pre-implementation testing and validation activities to ensure new products, system enhancements, and process changes function as intended and comply with applicable policies and risk standards with a focus on AML/KYC and potential customer harm.* Engages in key business initiatives from requirements development to pre implementation testing to mitigate risk* Helps design and implement a framework to assess risk of customer harm for key changes in a pre-production environment* Validates and tests changes that impact KYC (onboarding systems and KYC systems) and standard regression testing* Reviews requirements (business and tech), understands data mapping and system flows, validates test plans/test cases and performs/leads hands on testing* Works to automate processes to create necessary capacity to be efficient and effective* Partners with their leader, peers and/or assigned Line of Business, other Risk/Compliance/Audit (RCA) professionals, and RCA Managers to, depending on their function, create, implement, maintain, review or oversee an effective risk assessment framework* Participates in projects and/or activities that ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations* Identifies gaps and inform solutions that minimize losses resulting from inadequate internal processes, systems or human errors* Identifies, responds and/or escalates risks as appropriate.
