Job summary

St. Francis Medical Center, a member of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a PCC Program Manager to lead pre-hospital care initiatives in the assigned Base Hospital area.

You will oversee EMS programs, develop policies, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and county regulations. The role emphasizes program planning, development, evaluation and continuous improvement of EMS clinical programs, with leadership responsibilities and a focus on quality, safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
  • Current ACLS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
  • Current PALS (AHA) certificate and/or ENPC 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
  • Current MICN Certification and maintain current.
  • Current TNCC Certification
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an MICN preferred
  • 5 years’ experience in an emergency department or other emergency services experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Title 22 and EMS Authority regulations
  • EMS quality improvement and data reporting county training within six months.
  • Leadership/supervisory experience preferred

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $108,160.00 to $162,468.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
