Role Summary

ThemandateoftheFanaticsPre-Pressteamistotranslatecarddesignstoaccurate,error-freePDFthatarereadyforpress.WeareseekingaPreflightoperatortoreviewandensuredigitalcomponentsaretechnicallycorrectandreadyforprintproduction.Thisroleactsas aqualitycontrolcheckpointbetweendesignandpress,identifyingandresolvingpotentialfileissuesbeforetheyimpactproduction.

Thepreflightoperatorwillcheckartworkforcorrectsize,layout,colorsettings,imagequality,fonts,bleeds,andotherprintspecifications.Byensuringfilesareproduction-ready,thepreflightoperatorhelpspreventdelays,reprints,andqualityissues.Thisrolerequires strongattentiontodetail,knowledgeofprintprocesses,andtheabilitytomanagemultiplejobswhilemeetingtightdeadlines.Candidateswithapassionforsportsandentertainmentwilllikelythrveyourculture.

• Perform detailed preflight checks by validating content, imagery and design components are available and ready for composition
• Check the file size specs across imagery and design templates
• Verify color modes (CMYK, spot colors), resolution, bleeds, trim, and safety margins
• Assess project setup for composition
• Communicate file issues and required corrections clearly with internal teams
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
• Document project status within the job tracking system
• Attend cross‑functional team meetings to discuss project readiness before going to production
