Job summary

Bloom Consulting is seeking a Pre-ETS Trainer to deliver employment transition services to students with disabilities at Port Neches-Groves High School in Port Neches, Texas.

The role requires availability Monday through Friday and alignment with the Purple Day (9:30 AM–11:00 AM) and White Day (1:30 PM–3:00 PM) schedules, with duties spanning teaching, administration, and planning in a school setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience with students with disabilities OR 60 hours of college credit in related fields.
• Able to communicate effectively in spoken and written form.
• Proficient with basic computer skills including email, spreadsheets, calendars.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small group instruction to students with disabilities.
• Interact with teachers and students in a professional manner.
• Ensure the safety of students and staff during service times.
• Complete basic state-required forms in a timely manner.
• Track attendance daily and maintain curriculum planning materials.
