Job summary

Bloom Consulting is seeking a Pre-ETS Trainer to provide instructional services at Port Neches-Groves High School in Port Neches, Texas. The role requires delivering individual and small group instruction to students with disabilities and coordinating with teachers within the school day schedule (Purple/White Days).

You will complete required forms, track attendance, and maintain curriculum materials while traveling between school locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience working with students with disabilities OR 60 hours of college credit in related fields.
• Comfortable interacting with small groups.
• Effective communication in spoken and written form.
• Proficient in basic computer skills including email, spreadsheets, calendars.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between assigned school locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small group instruction to students with disabilities.
• Interact with teachers and students professionally.
• Ensure the safety of students and staff during service times.
• Complete basic state-required forms in a timely manner.
• Use cloud-based technology on personal computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Track attendance for each service daily.
• Maintain materials provided by Bloom Consulting for school-year service use.
• Plan curriculum independently or collaboratively when planning.
• Follow the provided curriculum and seek approval for any changes.
• Communicate students' needs to your supervisor.
• Maintain receipts for clients and providers.
• Review paperwork to ensure completion and accuracy.
