From following precise measurements to keeping job sites safe and clean, every task you complete contributes to the overall success of the project and the trust our clients place in us.

How You’ll Live Out Our Core Values

  • Elevate the Craftsman: Apply skill and care to every cut, connection, and installation.
  • Others First: Be a dependable teammate who supports the crew and respects all members of the team.
What You’ll Do
  • Take direction from the foreman and complete assigned daily tasks.
  • Use tools such as hammers, levels, squares, circular saws, and impact drills.
  • Read and follow basic blueprints.
  • Fabricate and alter parts at job sites using shears, hammers, punches, or drills.
  • Drill and punch holes in metal for screws, bolts, and rivets.
  • Secure metal panels, connect steel mainframes and columns, and install siding and roofing.
  • Operate mobile elevated work platforms (scissor lifts, boom lifts).
  • Cut insulation, frame doors and windows, and install fiberglass building insulation.
  • Prepare and position materials for installation.
  • Keep job sites clean and safe through debris control and organized work areas.
  • Load, transport, and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
What You Bring

  • Ability to lift/carry 75+ lbs, climb ladders up to 40+ ft, and work at heights.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and trades.
  • Strong communication skills and team‑oriented mindset.
Work Environment & Schedule
