This role is responsible for performing and supervising multiple activities as required, including PDI, Accessories, Maintenance, Offline tasks, and other customer requests.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  1. Follow WW Solutions’ policies and procedures.
  2. Perform and record inspections/ installations as required by vehicle manufacturers.
  3. Lead and motivate others in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  4. Ensure quality, environmental, safety, and production standards are met.
  5. Maintain a clean work area.
  6. Plan workloads, staff accordingly, and document personnel needs.
  7. Conduct yourself professionally and work well with others.
  8. Perform duties in other areas as required.
Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Ability to supervise personnel.
  • Strong work history with good attendance and safety record.
  • Knowledge of hand tools.
  • Computer literacy and experience.
  • Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
