Job summary

Energy Project Solutions (EPS) is seeking a Project Manager for its Pre-Construction Services group. Based in Las Vegas, NV or remote with travel, you will lead pre-construction planning and feasibility across solar, storage, wind and other energy assets, coordinating with developers, owners, utilities and EPCs to set budgets, schedules and milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing or supporting complex energy projects, especially in pre-construction and front-end development.
• Experience with utility-scale renewables (solar, storage, wind) is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills for leadership audiences.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction planning for renewable energy, power generation, and related infrastructure.
• Support site feasibility, interconnection, permitting, constructability, and risk planning.
• Develop and evaluate early-stage project strategies for various energy assets.
• Prepare cost models, budgets, schedules, and phasing plans for complex scopes.
• Coordinate with utilities, grid operators, AHJs, EPCs, engineers and other stakeholders.
• Oversee constructability reviews and risk assessments to address early challenges.
• Advise clients on delivery models (EPC, design-build, phases) and execution strategies.
• Review designs for alignment with goals and long-term operations.
• Create executive briefings and decision-support materials for milestones.
• Support transition from pre-construction to construction with scopes and procurement plans.
