Job summary

RaceTrac is looking for a Pre-Construction Project Manager responsible for planning and managing zoning and permitting for new RaceTrac and RaceWay stores. This role requires up to 60% travel and involves extensive teamwork with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance and facilitating successful project execution.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with 3-5 years of relevant experience, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial development.
• Previous zoning and permitting experience preferred.
• Proficient in negotiation and communication.
