Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a technical field such as Design.
• 5+ years of Fire Protection Design experience.
• Experience estimating in a construction environment.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review bid requests, gather drawings and specifications, and analyze requirements.
• Build estimates and prepare preconstruction designs for take-offs and electrical pricing requests.
• Provide timely, accurate estimates within specifications and customer requirements; contribute to bid/no-bid decisions.
