Job summary

Orange Barrel Media is seeking a Pre-construction Project Manager in New York. You will support the Director of Pre-construction, manage assigned projects, and coordinate from due diligence to project closeout.

You will liaise with Development, Design, Engineering, Utilities, fabricators, permitting agencies, and deployment teams to ensure projects are coordinated, constructible, and bid-ready.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, PM, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities
