Responsibilities

  • Attend procurement and preconstruction meetings.
  • Create and distribute Letters of Intent (LOIs).
  • Maintain organized project files and records.
  • Track and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
  • Act as a liaison between Owners and Ragle/Select teams.
  • Distribute credit applications and sales tax exemption forms as needed
  • Prepare and submit subcontractor approval documentation for TxDOT and other owners
  • Create and issue preconstruction paperwork to clients
  • Prepare TxDOT bulletin board documentation
  • Maintain organized and compliant project files and records
  • Manage subcontractor certified payroll and maintain LCP Tracker
  • Coordinate employee setup for required railroad training
  • Serve as a liaison between Owners and Ragle/Select teams
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Job description

Ragle Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pre-Construction Coordinator to support our preconstruction and project startup processes. This position is well-suited for recent business administration graduates who are eager to begin their careers in the construction industry, as well as candidates with 1–2 years of experience in construction, administration support, or a related role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend procurement, handover, readiness, and preconstruction meetings
  • Create and distribute Letters of Intent (LOIs)
  • Support the timely execution of Purchase Orders (POs) and Subcontracts
  • Maintain accurate Project Startup and Contact Lists
  • Track and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for subcontractors and suppliers
  • Distribute credit applications and sales tax exemption forms as needed
  • Prepare and submit subcontractor approval documentation for TxDOT and other owners
  • Create and issue preconstruction paperwork to clients
  • Prepare TxDOT bulletin board documentation
