Job summary

University of Vermont (UVM) seeks Pre-College Ambassadors to represent the program at your high school in Vermont. You’ll share the benefits of UVM Pre-College and engage peers through social posts and events.

You’ll coordinate 2 in-person events, create premium content for social media, and report back on your activities. This role runs February–April for about 2–4 hours per week, offering a great side hustle and real-world experience.

Qualifications

• Currently a Vermont high school junior or senior.
• Love and know UVM and its Pre-College programs.
• Willing to share the value of UVM Pre-College on social networks (3 posts).
• Willing and able to attend and manage 2 in-person Pre-College events.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes and challenges.
• Creative, energetic, and not shy about sharing ideas.
• Hardworking, reliable, organized, and professional in communication and timing.
• Previous UVM Pre-College program experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the local face of UVM Pre-College programs at your high school.
• Promote benefits to peers and classmates through social channels.
• Attend and manage in-person Pre-College events (2 total).
• Create premium social content and report back on activities.
