Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, ISRM Acquisitions & Divestitures Cybersecurity, Pre-Close, to lead deal-level cybersecurity due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, licensing, and strategic partnerships. Reports to the Director, ISRM A&D Cybersecurity, Pre-Close, and collaborates with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Technology Services.

You will translate technical findings into actionable risk insights, define practical mitigations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead cybersecurity due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, licensing, and partnerships.
• Evaluate target environments across security architecture, IAM, cloud, network, data protection, and more.
• Review diligence evidence, consolidate into practical risk conclusions, and support deal decisions.
• Translate findings into business-focused recommendations for Day 1 security and closing conditions.
• Coordinate with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Technology Services for alignment.
• Produce Day 1 objectives, TSA considerations, and handoff materials for post-close.
• Contribute to diligence playbooks, templates, and dashboards to improve consistency.
