We are seeking an experienced Pre-Certification Surgery Specialist. As a Pre-Certification Surgery Specialist, you will be responsible for authorizing upcoming surgeries. You will have the opportunity to build and maintain a positive working relationship with the hospitals, patients, and clinical staff. To be successful, you must have a strong ability to multi-task, a strict sense of urgency, be technically savvy, service-oriented, communicate effectively, and consistently display a professional demeanor.
OrthoNJ, LLC is required by New Jersey law to disclose the compensation range for this position. The hiring range for this role is $20.00-$28.00 per hour. Compensation is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and geographic location. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as bonuses or incentive pay, as well as benefits. Eligible full-time employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package, which may include paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and a retirement plan.
