This role focuses on administrative tasks rather than technical content, collaborating with the Fulton Schools of Engineering and TPS teams to ensure timely, compliant proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of experience and training.
• 3+ years of experience in pre-award/sponsored research administration is preferred.
• Experience interpreting funding announcements and sponsor guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative guidance during pre-submission and review.
• Reviews funding announcements for eligibility and sponsor requirements.
• Develops budgets and budgets narratives with investigator input.
• Supports uploading proposals to funding agencies and maintains documentation.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and financial requirements.
• Assists with sponsor-just-in-time requests and revised budgets.
