Qualifications

• -Experience with MCA or PRA processes.
• -Knowledge of research billing compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the budget development process for all new clinical trials conducted through the Clinical Trials Office.
• Develop comprehensive clinical trial budgets that capture personnel effort, patient care services, ancillary costs, startup activities, invoicing requirements, and indirect costs.
• Negotiate budgets with sponsors and CROs to secure appropriate reimbursement.
• Maintain complete budget documentation and ensure alignment with contracts and study calendars.
• Track budget milestones in CTMS and communicate status to sponsors and investigators.
• Coordinate contract review activities with ORSP and stakeholders.
