The beautiful, family friendly Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is seeking a full-time Pre-Arrival Coordinator to join their guest services team! This 1000+ room property is connected by pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs and offers luxury suites and amenities for magical vacations!

The ideal candidate is an excellent multi-tasker, can manage a heavy call volume, and has experience working in Front Office/Rooms of a hotel.

Shift Pattern: 8-hour shift between 10am - 11:30pm (Mid and PM shifts)

Pay Rate:$20.23

What will I be doing?

  • Organizes and oversees all arrivals/pre-assigned groups/leisure gueststo ensure total guestsatisfaction.
  • Ensures that all guests are confirmed and specific accommodations are pre-assigned, and all requests for special accommodations are met daily.
  • Answers and dispatches telephone calls, maintains call logs and ensures guest satisfaction through follow up calls.
  • Prioritize daily room assignments for all incoming guests. Make appropriate selection of rooms based on guest needs whilst proactively managing hotel inventory.
  • Monitors hotel's test messaging platform and directly assist with guest's enquiries and requests.
  • Fields guest complaints, listens and extends assistance in order to resolve problems.
  • Special projects as assigned.
