The beautiful, family-friendly Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is seeking a full-time Pre-Arrival Coordinator to join their guest services team! This property has over 1000 rooms, is connected by pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs, and offers luxury suites and amenities for magical vacations!

The ideal candidate is an excellent multi-tasker, can manage a high call volume, and has experience working in Front Office/Rooms of a hotel.

Shift Pattern: 8-hour shifts between 10am - 11:30pm (Mid and PM shifts)

Pay Rate: $20.23

Responsibilities:

• Manage all arrivals, pre-assigned groups, and leisure guests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Confirm all guests and pre-assign accommodations, meeting special requests daily.
• Answer and dispatch calls, maintain logs, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prioritize daily room assignments based on guest needs and manage hotel inventory proactively.
• Monitor messaging platforms and assist with guest inquiries.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
