Job summary

Talentify seeks a Senior Investigative Analyst for IMPACT within the IPSV bureau of the NYC District Attorney’s Office. You will identify pre‑arrest cases, support investigations, and coordinate with NYPD and community partners to ensure survivor access to services.

Qualifications include fluency in Spanish and a bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of related experience; strong organization, writing, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and the required years of experience (Levels 1–3).
• Two to four cumulative years of work, internship, or academic experience demonstrating organization, communication, writing, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review criminal complaints and police reports to identify IMPACT cases for pre‑arrest intervention.
• Assist with pre‑arrest investigations by obtaining evidence, subpoenas, and records.
• Coordinate with Survivor Services Bureau to provide survivors and case information for outreach and interviews.
• Attend survivor and witness interviews to take notes and support documentation.
• Serve as liaison with NYPD, community partners, and other bureaus for IMPACT activities.
• Develop and refine IMPACT policies, workflows, and best practices as the initiative grows.
